Aloha Termite & Pest Control is a locally owned company that has come a long way since its inception in 1999. Business experience wasn’t the strong point when President Jonathan (Jon) Montalbo decided to open a pest control business. Instead, Jon’s knowledge, skills, and a vision to address a common issue in Hawaii with industry-leading employees that leaves customers with a smile on their faces was – and continues to be – his driving factors.
What started out as a fumigation-only service provider to Oahu and Kauai has successfully transformed into a full-service pest control organization providing services throughout the Hawaiian Islands. As with most companies, the organization has had its share of celebrations and challenges.

Today, Aloha Termite & Pest Control is proud to celebrate the employment of more than 100 Hawaii residents. In 2020, the company was challenged with a world pandemic like everyone else. Through it all, Aloha Termite & Pest Control recognizes that its continued success is the combined result of its employees, its customers, and a guarantee that every commitment made to employees and customers is fulfilled.
As a family-oriented company, Aloha Termite & Pest Control has celebrated weddings, births, and other employee accomplishments. The company has also experienced heartbreak with the loss of an employee. Not only did Aloha Termite & Pest Control lose an exceptional employee, his family lost a husband and father. The organization understands life challenges and goes above and beyond to provide accommodations when its staff is in need.
